Saucy Nights (the site) is a community of adult writers and artists sharing images, stories, movies of an erotic nature. Sites that are linked from the site are, in most cases, affiliates. Subscribing or purchasing products and/or services from these sites may result in a commission being paid to owner of the site.
Each individual contributor takes responsibility for the content of their own stories and films. In the case of movies and flash presentations, they are not hosted on Saucy Nights, but are embedded from their original location. Saucy Nights editors do their best to make sure the content provided on the site does not infringe copyright and is not illegal and is in accordance with our contributor guidelines.
This site contains virtual sexually explicit material (meaning although no real people are depicted in the pictures and films on this site, the material is of an adult and sexual nature) and is intended for adults at least 18 years of age or older, and where local laws permit viewing such material. Images in advertising has been taken from affiliate websites that full comply with their local laws and contains only pictures of models who are 18 years or older. Saucy Nights is not responsible for content on sites being linked to.
Q.1 What if someone on your site has violated my copyright/trademark?
Please contact Saucy Nights using our contact form. Please include details of the specific story, image, or film you're inquiring about, and we will address the situation as soon as possible. If contributor content is found to contain material belonging to someone else, it will be removed from the site.
Q.2 What about privacy?
We do our best to protect your privacy. No information we collect will be sold or passed on to third parties without the permission of the users themselves. If required by a court of law or law enforcement officials, we will make any necessary information available.
We use technologies that collect information to make the site work. For example, the blog and our forum use cookies. This places a small file on your computer to remember things like your username, password, email address, etc to make it easier for you to log in, for example. Please be aware that you are not personally identifiable from this information and we never share this information and we have no access to your computer beyond that file. Like most websites, we do, however, track IP addresses. This is standard practice in web publishing.
Subscribing to Saucy Nights feed via email or leaving a comment on the blog requires that you leave an email address. This is a spam prevention measure. We will treat this information with respect and never sell it to a third party.
Q.3 Are you in compliance with 18 USC section 2257?
